What you get:

• Preparation of the drawings to include existing and proposed drawings of site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and contiguous elevations.

• Sourcing of sitemap from Ordnance Survey Ireland

• Preparation of the planning application form and all necessary documents to accompany same.

• Preparation of newspaper advert and lodgment of same.

• Preparation and lamination of site notice (client to erect site notice).

• Printing and lodgment of planning permission application with the relevant local authority and monitoring of progress.

Tender Package

€2,750 - €6,100 +VAT**

What you get:

• Pre tender process meeting

• Preparation of drawing set to include existing, demolition & proposed drawings of site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and contiguous elevations.

• Mechanical and electrical drawings.

• Bathroom, window & door schedule

• Joinery schedule such as stairs, internal doors, skirting & architraves

• Specification documents to include insulation etc.

• Finishes schedule

• Tender review meeting

• Recommendation of building contractors, engineers QS if required.

Construction Package: €2,750 - €6,100 +VAT**

We will help you bring your your project to completion

• Provide construction drawings to contractor, engineer & other 3rd parties

• Make regular site visits to ensure construction is adhering to planning requirements

• Liaise with the contractor & professionals on site during construction

• Issue relevant compliance documents at completion

• Complete snag list & review
