The question everyone asks, “so how does this work ?”

To begin, upon booking a comprehensive list of questions for the occupants to answer and think about prior to our initial meeting.

During our consultation we take a comprehensive brief from the home owners, paying close attention to how the space can optimise natural light. Whether the property needs to be future proofed.

Finally, we will sketch some design ideas and possible floor plans. Within the three hours we will typically have a design in floor plan, working to scale & keeping budget in mind. We can give an estimate on building costs for same.

The client will be sent a follow-up email within a day or two to include copies of the final sketch idea along with a proposed fee schedule for the architectural services.
