Extension/Renovation - 3 hours in your home €399 or via Zoom €299

How does it work?

To begin, upon booking, a comprehensive list of questions for the occupants to answer and think about prior to our initial meeting.

Secondly upon arrival, we measure the relevant area of the house or arrange to have it measured prior to a Zoom consultation.

During the consultation we will take a full brief from the home owners, paying close attention to how the existing space is used and how it could be utilised further whilst also optimising natural light. And whether or not the property needs to be future proofed.

Finally, we will sketch some design ideas and possible floor plans. Within the three hours we will typically have a solid design in floor plan, working to scale & keeping budget in mind. We will give a guiding estimate on building costs for same.

The client will be sent a follow-up email within a day or two to include copies of the final sketch idea along with a proposed fee schedule for the architectural services.
